A refund is not available if you can no longer attend the show.
If the show is cancelled by the Emergency Services Show committee, you are entitled to a full refund.
Your tickets will arrive via email to the address you have used during the purchase process.
You can log in to the account you set up at the time of purchase and this will contain details of your previous purchases. You can re-print your tickets from your account.

The tickets are provided by DigiTickets on behalf of The Emergency Services Show.
Entry into the public showground at Cotswold Airfield between 1000 hrs and 1600 hours on Sunday 16 September 2018
The committee work hard to keep the cost of attendance as low as possible, so we are therefore unable to do concessions. If you would like to contact us regarding this please contact us on the enquiries email address enquiries@emergencyservicesshow.com
General Admission Tickets can be purchased right up until midnight on Saturday 15th September 2018.
Please let us know when making your booking if you require disabled parking. On the day of the show, the disabled parking area will be clearly signposted. You must display a valid disabled badge on arrival.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Privacy Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Personal data you give will be used exclusively for providing you with the information or service that you have requested. Once you have booked tickets with the Emergency Services Show box office your details will be held on our database. Unless you opt-out of receiving further information when purchasing tickets your email address will be added to the Emergency Services Show subscription list. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.
No, unfortunately there will be no cash dispensing machines on site. There are cash machines at Malmesbury and Cirencester
